These Terms of Service apply to all mobile applications developed and published by SPONVITA Inc.

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications ("App") developed and provided by SPONVITA Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you ("User") agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download or use the App.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will become effective upon posting to the App or our website. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Account

Certain features of the App may require you to create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
Keep your password and login credentials secure and not disclose them to any third party
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Not create multiple accounts for a single user

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has created an account, we may delete that account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you must not:

Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or public order and morals
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy, reputation, or other rights of us or any third party
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the App
Place excessive load on our servers or networks
Engage in spam, phishing, or other fraudulent communications through the App
Circumvent or disable any security or functionality of the App (including cheating or hacking)
Harass, defame, or discriminate against other users
Use the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent
Engage in any other conduct that we deem inappropriate

5. Intellectual Property

All content included in the App — including text, images, audio, video, designs, and code — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Any use beyond the scope of this license is prohibited.

6. Purchases & Subscriptions

The App may offer premium features or subscription plans. The following terms apply to all purchases:

Payment Processing: All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and the respective platform's terms of service apply.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings (iOS) or Google Play account settings (Android).
Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds for purchased content. However, Apple App Store and Google Play Store refund policies may apply.
Price Changes: We may change subscription prices. You will be notified of any price changes in advance.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services, each subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies.

Firebase (Google LLC)
Used for app analytics, crash reporting, and authentication.

Used to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or operations of any third-party services.

8. Service Changes & Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App without prior notice in the following circumstances:

System maintenance or inspection
Natural disasters, power outages, or other force majeure events
Any other circumstances we deem necessary

We are not liable for any damages arising from the modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. For free apps, our liability is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
